This is a retro Rica of a marine outfit wearing a sailor color stadium jumper and a gingham check skirt with characters inscribed in a special sailor color scheme and a top with the sailors logo on the inner side.
The hair style is a side pony of Sauvage and is cute with the same mint green ribbon as stadium jeans.
